So I've started cooking again, slowly....|
Last week I made some chicken curry rice goo, which I've pretty much got down cold. On Sunday I made paella, which is a Spanish rice/chicken/shrimp dish. The last time I made it there wasn't enough rice, so I doubled the amount. That turned out to be too much, and consequently the resulting dish was a little bland. Still, everyone (and there were a lot of people) ate most of their portion, and the addition of Tony C's cajun seasoning did wonders for it. So next time I'll cut back the rice a bit, and throw in some extra seasoning from the beginning. I also got an adorable purple apron.
Anyhow, what should I cook next?
