Roy Janik
Yesterday morning Jenn, Eric and I all went hiking. We hiked about 6 miles of the the greenbelt. Upon first entering the trail, a homeless guy came out of the woods and asked us for change. We didn't have any. After that we saw a lot of doggies and eventually made it to our own personal end of the trail. A little worn out, we recouped our energy and proceeded to form a band. This is our debut album cover:

We're thinking of calling ourself "Trail's End". We were also all wearing the same type of hiking shoes, Merrels. If you're considering going hiking, I highly recommend Merrels. Merrels: They're just damn comfortable shoes!

It was also really hot for some reason, despite the fact that it's freakin' NOVEMBER. Luckily we had too much water (TM).

Last time Eric and I went hiking we talked at length about how cool it would be to learn how to ride unicycles and then pioneer the sport of mountain unicycling. Basically just to show those bikies who's boss. Well, on the way out of the trail we encountered an honest to goodness mountain unicycler. Notice the huge shinguards, the crash helmet, the camelback of water, and the huge mountain tire. This guy is hard-core:

The only thing that was missing was a 1890s era banker standing along the trail to lose his monicle in surprise as the guy wheeled by. The bikies were pretty shocked, though. Naturally, it turns out that it's already got a website.
