Please, someone buy this house:
515 Sacramento Dr.
and this house:
520 Sacramento Dr.
I have a plan.
I estimate there are about 20 houses total on Sacramento Dr. If I can get people I know/cool people to move into about half of these houses, we could turn plucky little Sacramento Drive into Happy Fun Land Blvd., have festivals, art shows, and so forth, and become one of the hip/cool places in Austin. Then if we get tired of it we can turn around sell our houses for gross profits.
Just a thought.
I love that second house. Shame it's about $85,000 beyond my stretched abilities ($105,000 beyond my comfortable abilities). If you can get them to half the price, I'm in.
I bet they'd go down significantly in price. Probably not 85k, though.
The only thing wrong with that house is that it's directly behind the gas station.
I would buy a house to turn a drive into a happy fun land blvd., but I don't live in Austin :-(
Oh! That's where I live. Well, less than a block away, anyway.
I love the second house. If there was any way... I mean, holy Jesus, 245k? but if there was any way...
Shannon and I actually found a house that was incredibly cute while walking around your neighborhood, but we're probably moving away this fall.
The ladder loft makes it really worth it. I want to be there right now.
a) I love that first house
b) How dare you not link to the fabulous virtual tour on Evolution Multimedia.com. Bastard.
EVO IN DA HIZ-OUSE!!!
(actually, i was in both of them...)

the first house is actually the better of the two...
ok, who logged me out on my own computer...?
I'd love to.
But how soon will they go off the market?
and how often do new ones come up?
I'm not going anywhere for another year at least...
i don't understand how a two bedroom house can be 800 square feet. steve says we will consider joining your commune when we return to austin in august, but i don't think he realizes just how far south you life.
