Tonight we did a rainy day format. Valerie thought of that. That we'd do a show where we were all trapped in a location because it was a rainy day. I was a little worried that it would be a little too much like Family Portrait, so I said that we give ourselves permission to do a lot of jumps to scenes that were flashbacks, or stories, or whatever. Then, to make things interesting, we decided that all the cut-to scenes would take place offstage, throughout the rest of the ColdTowne Theater. 2 minutes later, we were going on.
The show went really well. It was a small crowd, but they were enthusiastic, and this was their first time to the theater.
I fell back into being an indignant, argumenative character, which I'm not proud of, but besides that, it was a lot of fun.
