I've exercised for the past two nights, and it's felt great. DDR last night, and elliptical at Gold's Gym tonight (with Kaci and Kareem). I forget that exercise can totally make you feel happier and more energetic. Plus, I listen to audiobooks when exercising, so tonight I got to learn all about the outbreak of the plague in the 14th century, when 1/3rd of the world's population died out, more or less.

If it weren't for a shitty, shitty thread on the improv forums that refuses to die, tonight would totally be suncake and roses. It's still pretty good.

Also, Scrabulous on Facebook is totally addicting.

I agree that deleting that thread would be like having a really great, big bowel movement.

I've had a wonderful real-life night and a horrible online night.
The conclusion?
The internet fucking sucks.
I'm getting off now.

I bought a cheap little mp3 player for my runs (should be delivered today), and I'm trying to decide on audiobooks, lectures, or music. You have any recomendations? My player does't support the actual audio book format, but it was real cheap.
