Tuesday's at the vet right now. She got spayed today, and she'll be staying there overnight, poor thing. Someone from the vet just called me to say that the surgery went great, and she's doing fine. That's pretty awesome, and it means that everything that needs to be done to her has been done. I'm a little concerned, because when her stitches are ready to come out Kaci and I may be on our Spring Break trip.
Sir Frances Drake, my mini cooper, is at the mechanic's right now, getting an oil change and new front brakes/pads. Apparently, the front brakes were really worn down. So that's about 425 dollars gone. But whatever. I want the car to be in top shape for the trip. There's also a leaky gasket somewhere that'll add another 100 on.
Finally, assuming I get home in time, I'm going to go the Democratic caucus tonight and re-vote for Obama. The neat thing is that my precinct polling location is in an elementary school that's walking-distance from the Moonbase.
